Product Returns and Exchanges
You can exchange or return any product purchased from the website within 10 days of receipt, for any reason, provided the product is in its original condition and original packaging.
This policy does not cover: Towels, compressed products, pillows, and clearance items.
The store is not responsible for any shortage or damage reported after 10 days of receiving the order.
Steps to submit a return or exchange request
- Contact customer service via WhatsApp within 10 days of receiving the shipment.
- We will coordinate with you a suitable time for re-pickup or exchange within 3 business days.
- Make sure to re-package the product in the way you received it.
- All exchanges and returns are completely free.
Bundles Policy (Package Deals)
You can exchange or return any bundle within 10 days of receipt for any reason, and returns are free.
You cannot exchange or return only one product from a bundle that contains several products; the entire bundle must be returned.
